Candice Alcott is an outstanding Realtor. I used her on my last 3 home sell/purchases. She is such a pro, staying on top of repairs, inspections and complicated details to get us to the closing table as hassle free as possible. She is always fighting for me to get the best possible outcome. My current home was overpriced but I loved it and was ready to jump on it at full price no questions asked. She expertly calmed my impulses and convinced me the wisdom of hiring an appraiser. The price difference was significant and she was exactly right on the value. The sellers were resistant but Candice was persistent and negotiated a better price. She operated with integrity and excellence. Such a joy to work with her.
