Hello! My name is Jeanette Bagrosky and I am a realtor in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I have personally bought and/or sold my own personal home 8 times, so I understand the importance of a hard-working, knowledgeable real estate agent. I am originally from Michigan, but I definitely consider Tulsa my "home" and have lived here for over a decade.
Having so much personal experience with relocating, I understand the anxiety and emotions buyers and sellers experience. I understand that buying and selling your home is a big deal. This was the third transaction Jeanette has helped us with in the last 12 months. The first was the purchase of our primary residence and the last two were investment properties. In every case we were either out of state or on this transaction we were actually out of the country. Recently decided to sell a house that we had rented out in Tulsa (currently live in Texas) and my in-laws had a great experience with Jeanette so contacted her for help with the listing. We had a cash offer from the property management company, but it seemed low and Jeanette felt like she could do better, so we decided to take a shot. Well, we were in for quite the surprise after the tenant moved out because the house was in rough shape. With us living in a different state, Jeanette really became indispensable. She helped with recommendations on what to fix and what not to fix, helped line up contractors and was basically the local point of contact for all the work being done. I am a first-time home buyer and Jeanette was so patient with me and very helpful! She answered all of my questions in detail, helped negotiate my purchase so I received as much as I could in the transaction and communicated everything I needed to know in a timely manner. Jeanette was fantastic to work with. Very responsive to us, kept on top of the buyers agent, escrow company and lenders. She knows the area well and will give good advice about your listing price. Due to the size of our home as it compared to others in our neighborhood, we did not sell as quickly as we all thought in this low inventory sellers market, but with some patience and a flexible move date and we ended up selling at the price point she thought we would sell, which was great. Highly recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism.

Jeanette was very friendly, professional and above all, unrelenting in her quest to help find the right home in Broken Arrow that met all our wants and needs. We’ve never had a realtor work as hard as she did. She did her homework and was very prepared everyday during our search. We met Jeanette at an open house and she was very kind and helpful, she was easily relatable and knew areas of Tulsa that we would be interested in buying. Something unique about her (and what sets her apart from other realtors) is that she has her own staging service that she offers free of charge to her clients. We knew selling our home would be a challenge due to some unique features, but Jeanette expertly guided us through the process and made it much easier. We appreciated her level of communication, availability, and honesty, as well as her knowledge of the market and the process. It's was a big pleasure working with Jeanette. In 2010, we moved to Tulsa, OK for work and my co-worker introduced me to Jeanette. My wife and I gave Jeanette our likes and dislikes about what we wanted in a home and location. Immediately, Jeanette found us a beautiful home in Broken Arrow, OK. She made the process go by so fast and easy that it felt like everything was done in a day. Fast forward to 2016, we're now back in California and I had Jeanette list the Broken Arrow home. At the time, I was bouncing back and forth from Wisconsin to California for work. Jeanette took it upon her and managed a crew of vendors to bring the property back into tip-top shape, working all day and into the late evening updating me on the progress. Jeanette is so awesome that every work done had to be top notch to her standards or she would make the vendors redo the work. To top everything off, the day Jeanette listed the home was the same day it got sold at our asking price-- in the beginning of fall! If you need to buy or sell your home fast, you need to talk to Jeanette!
