My husband and I will be forever grateful to not only have Larry represent us, but to have met such a wonderful person. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone with such integrity in this industry but that has such an attention to detail and communication. He was always checking in regularly, and not only about our home. He made sure we had everything we needed and would check in on the family and make sure we were taking time for ourselves. Larry Ahrens represented me in the purchase of my first home; I met him at the open house for the home because he was also representing the sellers. Larry was an incredible help during the entire home buying experience as he worked with the owners/sellers, my lender, and even contractors performing some repair work on the house, leaving me worry free and with very little to do myself as he handled everything as it came up and almost always before I was even aware of an issue. I can not express how grateful I am to have had Larry as my realtor and how simple and quick he made the entire process.

I would highly recommend Larry Ahrens to anyone buying/selling a home. As a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the process of negotiating and purchasing a home. Larry completely calmed those nerves! If we had any questions Larry was always quick to respond and made us feel like top priority.
