The BEST!!We decided to sell our property November of 2020. Stephanie did an amazing job of marketing our large home and acreage in a rural setting. She arranged for a top photographer & drone video to show off our land to its best advantage. The house went on the market the middle of December and even though in the midst of holidays and winter she worked tirelessly to market it to a nationwide audience. By January we had multiple offers, selling for full asking price.
