The property may contain lead-based paint, and the Buyer assumes all responsibility should a child eat any or otherwise become toxic from it. By signing this contract, the undersigned Buyer(s) agree to pay for all repairs, remodeling, or alterations that may be necessary during their ownership of the property, including bringing said property into compliance with any applicable building codes. No environmental or safety inspection has been conducted on the subject property. Seller disclaims any responsibility to inspect the property to determine if deficiencies exist with said residential real estate, and the Buyers assume all risk of the property in its present condition.
