Carol and Dennis make a great team that were very helpful in finding the right house for me. They took into consideration my wants and presented me with houses that accommodated me. Most of the realtors that I have dealt with in the past would just take you to the house, walk around with you, read off the description from the posting. Carol and Dennis took it to the next level and offered suggestions on how to improve areas of the house, safety items to consider. They put themselves in the buyers mindset as if they were looking to buy the house for themselves. Very honest and offered great advise. I strong would recommend Carol and Dennis if you are serious about finding the right house.

In a word - outstanding.Carol & Dennis went above and beyond to assist us with a remote sale. They arranged photography and showings and even sold and moved some excess furniture for us. Communication with them was always timely and remote document approval was a breeze.We were extremely pleased - 5 stars for sure.

Carol and her partner/husband Dennis were amazing with the home buying experience. Never once did they make me feel dumb and always answered any questions I had with understanding and upstanding character. I felt like I could connect with them and felt at home talking through all the home buying issues with them. Would recommend any and everyone buy with them. So happy with the home I ended up buying and very grateful for them. Their honesty, integrity, knowledge, and care for the home buying experience could never be overstated.
