If you are a Seller...
If you are a Buyer...
I would recommend working with Jennifer Walling. She has helped make both the selling and buying process less stressful by making sure I was aware of what to expect, answering questions, and keeping me informed during both transactions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and helped me out when it was needed by meeting contractors or resolving issues.
Jennifer took the time to know exactly what I was looking for in a house and stayed on top of it all the time. I live in a completely different state and she managed to find me exactly what I wanted.
Thank you, Thank you!!
Jennifer worked with us for over a year to help find our home. She was patient with us when we were indecisive and she answered all of our questions, even when we were a pain and contacted her after hours. Jennifer is literally one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve had the opportunity to meet and I am so glad that we went with her to help us find our home. 110% would choose her every time without a doubt!
Jennifer handled all details on the sale of our property in a very professional manner. Her guidance and communication skills throughout the process were second to none. It was a pleasure working with her from a seller's perspective, and we will not hesitate to have Jennifer guide us from the other side of the table as a buyer in the future. A true professional with all parties' best interest in mind, finding common ground leading to a happy closing to suit all parties involved.
Jennifer was very helpful working with us in the purchase of an Oklahoma Airport lot while we live in Seattle. She worked with the sellers and provided us with all the needed information as to utilities provided and required covenants for building our new home and gar.aircraft han
Jennifer was pleasant at every meeting. She was not high pressure but very motivated to find a property that we wanted to purchase. She sent helpful reminders, acted on our requests very quickly, remained in close contact with us and understood immediately what we were looking for. She did a great job!
Great experience. Jennifer was a great realtor to work with! Very hospitable and hard working with a great attitude and work ethic! Will definitely use her on our purchase too!
Jennifer was a tremendous benefit in our purchase of a Tulsa property while we were out of the state. She went above and beyond what I expected of a realtor in going to the property for us to ensure that repairs were completed and even met our "carpet guy" there for measurements. She was extremely prompt in generating and responding to phone calls, texts, and emails. She made our long distance transaction a much easier process than we'd anticipated! We will definitely use her again should the need arise and will recommend her to anyone we know in need of a realtor!
Jennifer is willing to meet you at times convienent to you and she is prepared with all material beforehand. Also, she sets up nice online lists of houses of your interest, making it easy to compare all the options. Thanks Jennifer!
She is helpful and helps you look for properties and schedules showings quickly. That way we where able to find a home we like and make an offer on. Few weeks later we moved into our new home and we are happy.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable and patient. Extremely helpful with coordinating the many tasks of buying a house. She was patient and understanding as I looked at many houses before choosing the one I wanted. We looked at houses all over the Tulsa area. Very willing to work with your schedule when selecting times to view potential houses. When making an offer, she was quick to proceed with speaking with the seller or real estate agent. She made the paperwork easy to comprehend. I wasn't sure of the negotiation portion of buying a home, but Jennifer took control and proceeded without missing a step. I bought my house for less than appraisal value. Once my offer was accepted, she was quick to move on getting the inspections done. There were many inspections that took place, but in my case, this house needed some additional foundation work. She negotiated for the seller to pay for the additional piers to be put under the foundation. And once the foundation work was completed, she made sure that a pressure check was done on the plumbing to ensure that no damage was done once the piers were installed.
