I've known Joanna for many years. As a mortgage lender, I did a number of loans for her. We selected Joanna to help us find our new property for these reasons: She is very knowable about the Tulsa market. She s very concerned about the paperwork being "done correctly". She is very diligent about the information being correct. She is not pushy and is not driving you crazy on a regular basis wanting to list your house and/or wanting to show you houses. Her approach was perfect for us. She set up the software so that each morning it game me info ratio on anything that had bee listed, sold or reduced in the area we were looking. This saved us a huge amount of time. Joanna is a terrific agent and I think you will enjoy working with her (Not to mention that I thing she save us a lot of money).
